Excel Spreadsheets linked from Zoho Docs not opening through Zoho Campaign hyperlinklink

I have created multiple Zoho Campaigns and provide a link in the campaign to open an order form I have stored in my Zoho Docs Workspace. Once the campaign is sent out and customers click on the link the Zoho Doc is blank or jumbled

Why is this happening and how I can solve the issue
