I have an onboarding series in Zoho Campaigns. This focuses on welcoming a new subscriber and starting them off with tutorials etc. to get them hooked into the system and productive as quickly as possible.

Is there a way to use an external email (say send to a particular Zoho email address) to trigger this campaign. I would have the email address of the new subscriber in the email. Another way may be to use something like Zapier (e.g. if email received then start Zoho Campaigns campaign abc).
