Extracting record counts for Zoho Creator C6 application Using Zoho RPA
We'll demonstrate how Zoho RPA can automate the process of capturing the record count in each form within a Zoho Creator Application. Although Zoho Creator C6 version shows the total record count for the entire organization, it doesn't break it down by application and form, which can be a challenge for organizations needing detailed insights.
Using Zoho RPA and an Excel file, we'll show you how to:
Gather necessary information from Zoho Creator: Domain name, Super Admin name, and the Application name.
Trigger the automation in Zoho RPA to read forms within the specified application, capture metadata, and split report links into a new sheet.
Use these URLs in a web browser to read the record count of each report and update the count in Excel against the respective report URL.
