False Positive Responses When Creating Leads via API

I’ve integrated my website with Zoho CRM to create Leads when new accounts are registered. However, some users aren’t being created as Leads, even though the API returns a success response. I added error logging, but these missing Leads don’t appear in the logs, suggesting the API indicates success despite the failure. I’m now adding logs for successful responses to troubleshoot further. Could you help me identify why this is happening? Are there known cases where the API returns a success response but doesn’t create a Lead? Do I have access to logs in your interface? Thanks for your support!
