Hi. We usually sent out prizes using Zoho Campaign and our template includes mapping for First Name, Email and a Code (a link where the winner can claim their prize).

We have been using this template since before however, this is the first time that I've tried that upon creating a new contact list and importing my excel file, the system could not acknowledge the Code and it says "yet to map".

How do I fix or set this up?
