File Transfer Not Working
Hi,
Myself and a number of our engineers are having issues receiving files via the File Transfer window. When we try to pull back a file nothing happens but the file does show in the File Transfer window as "Download initiated". This appears to be happening on multiple sites, is there currently any issues with this or can someone advise what might be the problem? It seemed to be working earlier this week/last week.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription.
