I have terms appearing multiple times within a document. I want to find and replace the text which of course is possible.

However, while I can find and replace the text if necessary, specifically I want the replaced version to be a different Format (in bold or italics).

The find and replace function does not permit me to replace with a specific format.

Can anyone help?
