Five customers with Gmail Email didn't receive my emails past week or two

Just a heads up, I realize this is probably not a Zoho problem but a Gmail problem, so I just wanted to throw this out there. My Zoho email is 99.9% reliable and I've never had a problem like this before. All a sudden in the past two weeks a handful of my customers didn't receive my email. It didn't go into their spam folder, its just vanished. All five customers verified this over the phone.
