I tried to call you guys several times and it only rings, never goes to a voicemail box, just hangs up. 

After I send a test email, and also sometimes in preview, the font of my email changes from MS Serif back to Arial. I have found no way to correct this, and there doesn't seem to be anything in the html either. Please help!
