Form Custom Fields Not Appearing In Workflow Options
Hi, I'm new to Campaigns and am trying to set up some email automations for leads we have coming in through Zoho Forms & CRM.
We have custom fields on this form:
In particular, we want to start different email automation campaigns based on the lead's responses to these fields.
I created one list called "Leads", which syncs with CRM. The next step seems to be to create workflows that segments the leads and starts them on different email autoresponder campaigns depending on their responses in the form.
As the subject says, I am not seeing where to access our form's custom fields as parameters within the Workflows feature.
Please advise.
