forums - and request

First of all, these are possibly the most confusing forums I've ever used. Navigation between forums is awkward, presentation is poor, among other issues. Any chance you will change this? Any free tool like phpBulletin would work a lot better if you ask me.

Anyway, I was wanting to ask if there is any chance of a ZohoIDE (integrated development environment), which would basically be a dumbed down IDE like Eclipse or Netbeans from which to do basic programming?
