We recently upgraded to Zoho Assist Enterprise so that we could customize the users' experience when they're interacting with our support staff.

We are hoping to be able to direct customers to our support site assist.mydomain.com without having to go to the additional step of typing "/join".  Is there a way to set it up so we only need to tell customers to go to the root subdomain and not type the additional /join.

Is this possible?
