Forwarded emails deleted/hid somehow

I have a strange issue when someone from our domain forwards an email to someone else on the same domain. It doesnt happen when forwarding to others.
We have tested on a clean pc with a new Outlook (2019) and we have changed the passwords of the accounts. The issue also happens from ZOHO webmail platform.

There are no forward rules and the email is not in any folder (Inbox/Sent). We have a paid subscription

Can you suggest or imagine what goes wrong?
