Free Account in Campaign, telling me I do not have enough credits
I have a free account with Campaign and I've sent two emails, both in March, approximately 1000 contacts each mailing. I'm now trying to send another email, and it's telling me I do not have any email credits.
I need to get this out today, so I was going to pay to send them.... But the payment screen does not ask me for credit card info or anything, and even though I'm trying to upgrade, it is still telling me I do not have any email credits. Yet, the website is not asking for payment information. I've tried two different browsers (Safari and Firefox).
I'd like to stay with the free version, since my needs are fairly low. But I need to get this out today. Please help!
