I am currently on a free campaigns plan and I am trying to send a campaign with 108 recipients. However, despite not having used the account for this month, I am requested to purchase additional e-mail credits due to "insufficient e-mail credit".

May I request for assistance? I would need to send this campaign out urgently. Thank you.
