Generating a document

Hello!

Sorry if this question is a little silly, but how do you actually go about generating a document? I have a template, and it links into my Zoho CRM account to pull information from fields, but I can't find a way to actually generate a document out of it.

I can share the template with others or print it, but I don't know how to create a document with the information automatically filled in.
