Getting Campaigns and CRM to talk to each other properly.
Hoping someone can help on here!
I'm trying to set up different syncs from CRM to Campaigns and vice versa but we're really struggling to get it to do what we want. We have access to all the other apps as well so if anyone can suggest an alternative way that would be awesome...
We basically want one list to sync our contacts with a 'live' sales order status
The second list would be all customers with only product 1 live (not 1 & 2)
Third would be a list with all customers with only product 2 live (not 1 & 2)
Another issue we are having is regarding the GDPR email, if a customer opts out how can we get that to update the opt out field on CRM??
