Google Contacts fields VS Zoho Campaigns fields

I'm syncing contacts from my google apps account, so far working ok, the issue for me is:
  • In google contacts fields I have first and last and there is an other middle, google only fills the frst two fields.
  • In Zoho campaigns contact fields I have First Name and Last name and that's ok.
When I Sync from Google contacts all the field names are merged in the only Zoho First Name field, and here is mi concern:
When I want to send an email to the contacts I want to be more friendly like, instead Hello Cesar Olvera! just Hello Cesar!
The other concern is that I made groups in Google Contacts with the month of birthday in order to send monthly to my contacts a congratulation birthday, the field Birthday is not imported and I made a custom field Birthday in Zoho but I have to fill it again inside Zoho and if I want to update in google or in Zoho I have to do it twice, is there a solution I can use?
