Hi,

So I'm switching over to Zoho mail from google suite & the only thing I use google suite for is mail.

They are telling us we have to get this private key file & when we searched online for the info on how to do it, it's like 30 minutes of complicated work.

This is nuts.

I'm not happy about htis.

Also, every time I write an e-mail to them using their "write to us" within my account, it never creates a ticket that goes to my inox.

Is that normal?

Please help.
