Group members?

I just created a wiki site for planning in my office. I added people's email and they have confirmed so we have one group working.

After this, I created a new wiki for a different project. How can I add the same group of people onto the new wiki without having to re-input everyone's email address?

Also, is there a list of just email addresses so I can send out a document created with Zoho creator, without having to re-type everyone's email address?
