We are looking to bring Zoho Recruit to a market that needs to support 2 languages.
The first thing we need to make sure is that the Candidate be flag with the language they speak. This is easy enough make a custom field that as the desire languages.
The issue is that I don’t see an option for the resume parsing to get the language of the resume and select this language. This is an issue as if the person sending the resume is French, we need to make sure that the communication is sent in is native language. If you take Zoho Desk for example when some one sends an email the system read and flag the email with the proper language. This makes it easy to have automation base on that language.
Now when we make a job opening if we need it to be available in multiple language how would we proceed with this.
I know I can make 2 career websites one in each language. I get that the fields names are going to be in French, values of dropdown I can translate but what about everything that is free form text? What about the description, requirements and benefits?
If we have a field let’s called it special needs, I can translate this field but if the field type is single line what ever the recruiter enter will not be translated.
When we post on job board how do we handle posting in 2 languages?
We plan on using assessments as well do I need to make 2? If so, how would I know if the candidate applying for the job is French or English?
Looking for guidance on how to handle multiple languages.
