Hello

I recently sent some test e-mail campaigns to internal company colleagues.

Owing to some e-mail authentication issues with our company domain, these internal contacts have bounced three times and have been added to a hard bounce list, meaning I can no longer send e-mail campaigns to them.

Now that the domain authentication issues have been resolved, I need to be able to send e-mail campaigns to my internal colleagues, but the system will not let me because of the contacts' hard bounce status.

How can I remove my colleagues' details from the hard bounce list and ensure that they receive future e-mail marketing campaigns, please?
