Has anyone else got a bug when integrating a Form with Advanced Campaigns Zoho Form?

I am trying to integrate a pretty basic form (4 fields) with Campaigns and when trying to select the Form for the campaign I get this single option in the drop-down selector:
[Exception in:/jsp/V2/CreateCampaign.jsp] java.lang.Long cannot be cast to java.lang.String]

Anyone come across this as well, and/or have a work-around?
