Has Anyone successfully integrated Zoho and Sage Intact?

Hey all,

We’re evaluating Zoho One + Sage Intacct and I’m trying to connect with anyone who has actually implemented the two together.Specifically, I’d love to know:

-- Which functions you kept in Zoho vs. Intacct (e.g., Product Catalog, AR/AP, invoicing, etc.)
-- How data flows between the two systems (one-way sync vs. two-way)
-- Any integration tools or connectors you used (native Zoho, third-party iPaaS, custom APIs)
-- Any “gotchas” or limitations you discovered during or after the implementation

Our main goal is to create a clean, efficient division of labor between Zoho and Intacct so we’re not duplicating effort or creating reconciliation headaches.

-- Back-office engine: true financials, audit, compliance, reporting.
-- GL, audit trail, and multi-entity management
-- Master Product Catalog: Holds SKU definitions for all items (services, hardware, software, subscriptions). Tracks cost, base price, GL codes, tax categories, and entity-level rules.
-- Holds final A/R and A/P ledger for compliance and financial reporting

If you’ve done this, or even attempted it, I’d really appreciate hearing about your setup and lessons learned.
