Have problems with total number of contacts used in Campaigns
Hello, we started using Zoho Campaigns recently. We have Zoho CRM paid version with 5 users, etc.
We want to be able to synchronize our contacts and leads. We expect the total number of contacts plus leads to reach about 10000 in the near future.
We started with the free version of Campaigns. After a few failed attempt of fully understanding how contacts are counted for, we ended up with close to 2000 subscribers. After deleting all of them realized that the counter stayed around 2000. We moved into a paid subscription and updated it to 10000 subscribers. We kept stumbling with synchronizations. The biggest problem we have is that after creating filters in Zoho CRM that work perfectly and give us consistently good results and counts, when we attempt to synchronize those views (or filtered lists) from Campaigns, we get incorrect number of subscribers. For example, there are 500 in the CRM view but Campaigns only syncs 300. Also quite often, when we sync to ther CRM views, we get an account of 0 subscribers. (On views that have hundreds of contacts) Because of all these problems, we keep deleting the existing syncs and attempt to delete all contacts/subscribers. Unfortunately. The number of contacts that Campaigns shows as being in the system is above 5000 now. In reality we have only been able to send around 200 email out.
We already missed our deadline with emails going out and feel that Campaigns is probably a good program but obscure and unfriendly in the way it counts contacts. We don't mind paying for the level we need, But right now, it shows 5000 customers and we cant even send one email trusting that the list is complete. Actually, we had to send one out knowing that Campaigns only picked up a fraction of the contacts. Major headache. Need help. Please
