Having to include organisation details on emails
I am using campaigns to send welcome emails to our customers.
Zoho forces you to have the an unsubscribe link and the organization details in the emails you send.
I have noticed that from other companies that email me (for who I'm a registered user of) they don't have the organization details, they just have the unsubscribe link.
If I send mass emails from Zoho CRM I don't believe I need either in, and If I set us a welcome email in Zoho CRM I don't think I need it.
In fact when I get a welcome email from Zoho, it doesn't have them in.
So my question, since I will be emailing customers (e.g. not random people) do I legally have to have it in and can I take it out of zoho campaigns?
