Lots of students have been calling me having issues with submitting their essays using the form. I have been telling them to try a different browser, and that seems to work (at least, they're not calling back) but I don't know for sure and I definitely worry that we are missing entries from other students who aren't persistent.

Ideally, I would also like to change the setting on the confirmation box so that it stays on the screen longer than a few seconds because I get a lot of questions about that as well.

Can anyone help?
