Help!

Help!

My company has recently began utilizing Zoho.  A co-worker set up my team's information.  I have only been able to log into Zoho once, which presents an issue for our team, as I will be the person entering all of the information.  I have repeatedly re-sent the confirmation email to my email address. but have yet to receive it.  This includes my spam folder.
 
Please advise.
