HELP! Campaigns are coming from contact owner in CRM, not from the defined sender in Campaigns!
I have a mass email campaign going out to our CRM contact base that I created in Campaigns by setting up a sync. However, instead of each email coming from the user I have defined within the campaign, they are being sent by the contact owner in the CRM.
Is this happening due to sync? Is there a button or option I need to deselect so this doesn't happen?
We need these emails to come from 1 PERSON ONLY, and it should be the person we set up within the campaign.
