Help Desk Features - Can you build it or integrate with one?
We're looking for a help desk management tool that integrates with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.
Are there any "help desk" type tools that we can use to manage client requests? Both with an internal version and a client login to make requests?
We need to start using a help desk tool and I imagine many other businesses would also want to have tight integration with a help desk tool to plug into Zoho CRM (and potentially projects).
This coming anytime soon? Any recommendations?
