Help! Disabled SDplus AD auth and cannot now login with admin rights to reenable

Help! AD authentication pass-thru was not working properly so I disabled AD authentication but now cannot get back in with admin rights to reenable because the administrator account only has guest privileges (we had 10 AD technicians).
How can I log in with admin rights to fix?
