Last 2 weeks I had some difficulties with creating 2 campaigns. But I dont get help.

- last fridy I prepared 2 campaigns, but on sunday it still wasn't reviewd. Why?

- I have some difficulties with pushing data from my first 2 campaigns to CRM. I need these data for the follow up, but until now I don't have the right data! Maybe I did something wrong, but I can't find any information in de help section. Until now I didn't get any answer on 3 (!) e-mails!

- Because in isn;t possible to delete criteria in a sync , I had to create new syncs. One of them is 'posponed', so I can't use it .  Why??
