Help please

My company - Sacombank Securities-Vietnam now is testing your software- Magagin Service Desk, I did some reports at REPORT TAB,

Now I would like to make a report that can show me the deviation of time between CREATEDTIME AND RESPONDEDTIME, so how can I do it?
