Here is what I want to set up - and it's proving to be A MISSION

Hi there. I'm quite familiar with marketing automation software so am finding these challenges with setting up campaigns in ZOHO more than just a tad annoying. 

Here is what I want to do:

A) Send out mail to a specific audience using zoho campaigns (that's easy enough).. HOWEVER - then:
B) The contact responds to above mailer and goes to a landing page on our website.. they fill out a form and it is here where I have an issue setting up auto-responder comms, drip marketing etc

C) I've been told that we need an enterprise license or whatever for it to work but we do have it, so something else is afoot here.

Please can anyone be of assistance as in steps to follow to setup the above. that will be fabulous.
