Hi there. 

I want to have hidden fields for each of my signup forms which automatically populate with the date on which the user filled in the form. I set up the custom field as a Date field but when i go to edit the field settings I can only input text (see below).

Is there a way for me to get this to auto-populate with today's date (i.e. the date the user submits the form)?
