Hidden Fields

I have created new field in Zoho Campaigns and mapped to my Zoho CRM. I want to include the field on the website sign-up form as a hidden field so I can track the page from which the lead originated. Can you suggest the form field coding to make the field and data label not appear on the form but be written the the response when completed?

Or is there another way to accomplish this?
