historical data in export

Hi,

Prior to exporting 'do not mail contacts' in Zoho Campaigns, it indicates there are 260 records to export.
When I export the CSV. and open the file there are over 500 records, 260 of which are my correct data, but mixed with historical data from my predecessor's contact list which had been deleted.

How can you ensure that this historical data (which I assumed was deleted and do not need) does not filter into my results in future?

I can send you the CSV if it helps.
