I have allocated employee 28 days holiday. 

It shows that they have the holiday left in their balance. They have added about 25 days, however now they cannot add anymore. It keeps saying

"Sorry, you have already availed leave in the applied period"

Even though there is a positive balance and no other restrictions that I can see. 

What am I doing wrong?
