Horrible bounce rate in Zoho Campaign and Cleaning my database in CRM

Hi,

We just used a new database for our buisness.
This database wasn't good quality and when doing a campaign (with a list that synchronise data from CRM) we received a bounce rate of 25 % (horrible !)

Now I would like to clean my CRM database.
I have tried to make info from campaign back in my CRM

But I am facing two problems :

- infos are not coming back to my CRM (they are suppose to come back as a mention in the field Campaign Status but they don't come back)
- once they are in my CRM what should I do with this infos back to make sure my emails are clean (erasing all emails that bounced)
