How can have a one line signup form with text and field?

How can have a one line signup form with text and field?

Hi guys, How can I create a custom signup form and link to campaigns? I know you guys have some forms layouts, but I was looking for one line form to leave at the top of the page, you guys have only two line form (text at the top, field box at the bottom), I need both in the same line. Cheers
