How can I change my username?
I know there are a million threads on this, but none of them answer my question. When I go to
http://zoho.com and log in, I see "adoptconsult", which is a client of mine that I tested zoho invoice for. Since I did that, I see the name "adoptconsult" everywhere and cannot get rid of it. I've sent support requests, changed contact info, and read numerous threads. I still even log in with the name "seth@yazuworks.com".
The only thing I use is zoho assist, which I pay for. My clients see "adopt-consult" at the top of their screen. It looks very unprofessional. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
