How can i put campaign to one new contact only

I work in contact to change adresse mail (contact by contact when i have new information by phone) i want to send step by step mail from zoho campaign. I don't found solution to do that. I only have solution to send directly from my contact but it's not possible to include my html mail from zoho campaign.
Could you help me ? Thank you.
