How can I receive the replies to my email blast
Our company has sent out multiple email blasts using Zoho. However, we are unable to receive the replies to the campaigns. I have consistently set the same email as the "reply-to" address but none of the replies have been received by this email. When viewing the reports, I have seen that there are replies, but none of these are being sent to the Reply-to email address.
What needs to be done in order to have the replies sent directly to the reply-to email address?
