How do I clone or duplicate a CRM-Campaigns sync?

How do I clone or duplicate a CRM-Campaigns sync?

I have an existing sync on which I'd like to change the retrieval criteria.

Since I know it's not possible to edit sync criteria, I'd like to clone or duplicate the sync so that I can change the criteria on the new sync.

ALL the other settings in the sync -- the list it's going to, the message to subscribers, the field mapping, the timing, etc. -- will be the same.

Surely I don't have to manually recreate all of that, right? How do I duplicate an existing sync so I can edit the criteria?

Note: Zoho said, 7 years ago, quite mysteriously, in a thread titled "Is it possible to change the criteria for an existing Sync in Campaigns" that "we are working on our Zoho CRM sync service features which won't create a need to clone them." I'm not sure if that was ever released, but I don't see how to edit the Campaign-CRM syncing from the CRM end of things.
