How do I Re-Sync My List - Creator

I have a list in my zoho campaign application that pulls contact data from zoho creator. When I initially set this up it imported all of my contacts from zoho which worked fine. Now that I have made some changes to some of my contacts within zoho creator, I need to re-sync the contacts within zoho campaign. How do i resync? Or do i have to delete my old list and create a new one every time I make a change in creator. I would like to automatically/periodically update the contacts. How do i re-sync????
