How do I stop contacts being able to receive all my different topic emails
Under the new Topics setup, unless I am misunderstanding it, a contact can be part of one topic, and then if they click the Preferences button in an email they receive from me they can opt to receive emails related to other Topics
is this correct??
If so how do I stop this??
I have contacts in my list that should only be able to receive emails about specific topics - and the decision on whether they can receive other topics emails Is mine and not theirs
please tell me this is possible, otherwise this app has just become useless!!
as an example - John Smith is a customer he receives emails related to "Customers", Jane Doe is a supplier and she receives emails related to being a "Supplier" - Customer and Supplier can be different topics, but neither person should be able to opt in to receiving the other topics that dont relate to their contact list/list segment
