How do I update ZohoCRM with the customer's updated customer information?
When a customer to whom a newsletter was sent made a name change from the Update Registration link in the newsletter footer, the customer information in ZohoCampaign was changed, but the customer information in ZohoCRM was not changed.
Furthermore, the daily synchronization overwrote the information in ZohoCRM into Campaign and reverted back to the original customer information.
How do I update ZohoCRM with the customer's updated customer information?
