How do you edit a bounced contact's email address in campaigns WITHOUT a CRM integration?
We have lists in Campaigns that have been imported and some of the email addresses have bounced. They're not part of a sync. If I go into contacts and look at the bounce list, I can see them, but it doesn't give the option to edit their info- not like I can do with active contacts.
What's the best way to fix those ones? It seems silly to have to make a whole new contact to update an email address. :/ I hope I'm missing something.
Edit: Apparently I can't add them as a new contact either. It sees that the person is a duplicate and doesn't update the email address. So...???
