I want to send different segments of leads different email content. Therefore I synced all CRM leads to Campaigns. I now want to create different segments defined by custom fields I created in CRM. Problem is that I only see standard fields to segment on. I have tried to create custom fields in Campaigns which I could use in segmentation but which are not connected to my CRM and therefore are useless. 

Could someone help me with segmenting on custom CRM fields? 

What I want is:

1. sync leads from CRM to one general list

2. segment on follow up status (a multiple pick field I created myself)

3. send those segments different content depending on values of that custom field
