How do you use Zoho Apps as a whole?

How do you use Zoho Apps as a whole?

 I would like to know how people use  and combine Zoho Apps as a whole. I invite people to comment questions like:

Do you use Zoho Planner or Zoho Business to organize your work? 

Are your tasks in Zoho CRM or in Zoho Projects or in Zoho Business? (Do you transfer tasks from one application to another?)

Do you work directly in Zoho Writer/Sheet or upload docs from Microsoft or Open Office?

How do you manage your communications: sharing or sending mails?

My idea is to use Zoho as a self-suficient suit of applications. Do you find it useful/possible?
